A soft angelic makeup look!

During my vacation in Macedonia this summer I had the chance to do a lot of my friends makeup. One of the looks I did was on this beautiful young woman. She wanted a very soft and angelic makeup look so I created this look for her. I used a lot of brown colors on her and I really highlighted her cheeks.

The products I used on her}

FACE: For priming and hydrating her skin I used the Smashbox Photo Water Spray Primer. After that I let her face cool down and went with the Make Up Forever mattifying step one primer just because I waned her makeup too last all day during the hot weather in Macedonia. After that I color corrected her dark circles using the NYX cosmetics concealer in pink shade. Then I put the Too Faced Born This Way foundation and I used my Real Techniques buffing brush. I wet the brush with the Smashbox water primer. After that I used the Nars concealer and highlighted her face and gave that extra dimension on her face. Before blush I baked her face using the Laura Mercier translucent loose powder. While the face was baking I went to her eyes. After I was done with her eyes I swiped her baking powder off with some of the light powder from the Kat Von D shade and light contour kit. After that I bronzed her face using the Bahamas Mama from The Balm Cosmetics. And then I went with the contour using the Kat Von D shade and light contour palette. After I was done with the contour I highlighted her face using the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit in Sundipped. And for the finish touch on the face I used the Benefit Cosmetics blush in Coralista.

EYES: While the face was baking I was doing her eye makeup look! First of all I primed her eyelids using the MAC Paint Pot in painterly. I asked my client what kind of colors she wanted to have on her eyelids. It is very important for me as a freelancer to ask my clients what kind of colors she wants. So as a good freelance you should work from that. She wanted all soft brown. I used the Kat Von D Eye Contour Palette! For liner I used the NYC Liquid Eyeliner in black. For mascara I used for the bottom lashes the MAC Extended Play Gigablack Lash and for the upper lashes I used the MaxFActor False Lah Effect.

EYEBROWS: I used the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer and MAC Pro Longwear Waterproof Brow Set.
