How to contour your face like a pro!

I am in love with this contour technique for your face. I just love how it transforms your face without doing a face job! Excellent. I have seen a lot of different YouTube videos how to contour with cream/liquid products. Before I used to only use powder products but now I have been practising different techniques and I must say I love this. Of course I finish my cream contour with powder products.

Here is a little picture tutorial how I contour my face!

First I  prime my face with the Maybelline New York Baby Skin Instant pore eraser. After that I put my fondation on and I used the Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24h. When I did that I highlighted first my face using the Maybelline New York Instant Age Rewind Erasser Dark Circles in the color Fair Clair. As you can see I used this product on the center of my face and right under the contour shade and on the bridge off my nose and on the top of my lip and jaw.

For that extra light look I poped a MAC PPro Longwear concealer under my eyes just to light up my face. I am in the color NW15.

For the contour I used the Maybelline FitMe foundation Stick. I used the color 330 - Tofee Caramel. As you can see I am using this product where I want to have more structure on my face. Sides of my face, on top of my face (if you have a big forehead that is a good option to do that), sides of my nose, under my cheekbones, sides of my jaw and also under my face line.

The key to get that perfect contour is to blend. You dont want to have hars lines on your face. One of the brushes I used are form Real Techniques and Sonia Kashuk brushes. When I was done with the cream products and the blendning I head straight to the powder products. For setting my undereye concealer I used the banana and vanilla powder from the Anastasia Beverly Hills contour kit. When I was done with that I focused my contouring. I used the Fawn powder also from the Anastasia Beverly Hills contour kit. When I was done with the contour I bronzed up my face mixed the Havana powdr from Anastasia Beverly Hills contour kit and the Too Faced Chocolate Soleil bronzer.

When I was don doing that I put my highlighter on and I used the Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in the color Opal. I learned a technique from Nikkietutorials that it is better to put the highlighter first and then the blush. That is because you will get a better and a more flawless finish.
After my highlighter I used a blush from the Lorac Unzipped Cheek palette in the color Underrated.
And to finishh the face I used the MAC Prep + prime transparent finishing powder.

For eyes I used the Too Faced Semi Sweet Chocolate bar palette and a Sephora liquid eyeliner. For mascara I used the MaxFactor False Lashes and for the waterline I used the Make Up Store Darkest Shadow eyepencil.
For eyebrows I used the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in the color Taupe.
And for lips I used the MAC lipstick in the color Faux.

I am in Dallas, Texas!

So I haven't been active lately because of work and preparing my trip to Dallas, Texas. I am here for my thesis on social studies but during my time here I have bought a lot of makeup. I will do a makeup haul when I get back to Sweden. I will also post pictures in my Instagran account: @makeupbyarberesha
