BooHoo Technic Spray Primer and Setting Spray Review

Dear readers, long time no see!
I have been so busy these months dealing with a lot of stress and depression but I feel like I'm back on track. During my time off from my blog and my Instagram account I had a lot of thoughts of re-doing my blog and Instagram. I'm going to focus a lot of reviewing a lot of new beauty products and I have been doing a lot of more free lance work and I will definitely post some pics of that.
If you live in southern Sweden and you want your makeup don't just email me on: makeupbyarberesha@gmail.com.

About a month ago I ordered some dresses from the English site BooHoo.com. I found a lot of good dresses but I also saw some makeup products from their brand. I ordered two sprays, one primer and one setting spray just to see how they are and how they work. I have used these two sprays now for almost a month and I have really tried different techniques to make them work. These sprays do not work for me. The spray primer can be good when I have really dry skin. It makes my skin glow more and makes the makeup last a long time. But unfortunately I still don't recommend this product because you can really find other primers for a low price. For example the Milani setting spray.
However the setting spray on this brand is horrible. The spray doesn't work at all. It has a really weird smell and I had to put the product in another bottle of spray because the spray did not work for me. So it's a pass for me. It was really sad that it didn't work because I really thought it was a great idea for a cheap product and I really wanted it to work. I will order other product from this brand and see if they have other products that are better then these two. I will not loose hope just yet!

Modern Renaissance by Anastasia Beverly Hills

I finally got my hands on this famous palette from Anastasia Beverly Hills. The Modern Renaissance palette. I got this palette from the Scandinavian makeup store KICKS . I remember when I wanted to buy this palette when it launched but I hesitated first because I have bought a lot of eyeshadow palette this year and I thought to myself I dont need it. But when time passed by and I saw a lot more of tutorials and reviews of this palette and I said to myself I NEED THIS PALETTE.

Was it worth the hype? YES!
My favorite type of eyeshadow colors are warm tones such as this palette! I love the browns, golds, burgundy and pinks in this palette. You can create a lot of different looks with this palette from daytime looks to nightime looks!

The quality of these shadows are really good. They have great pigmentation but they also blend very good! I will make some dfifferent looks: daytime and nightime look and I will post the different looks and give you some examples of how you can use the colors but also combine the different colors together!

I will also give you reminder if you live in Skåne, souther Sweden, that I also do makeup freelance so if you want to get your makeup done or if you have friends that wants their makeup done just contact me on my email: makeupbyarberesha@gmail.com

Too Faced - Star Dust palette by Vegas Nay

Remember when Too Faced came out with this palette with collaboration with the beauty guru Vegas Nay? I got my hand on this palette before summer and I must say I really love it. I have used this palette a lot during summer time in Albania to create tons of different party looks. I have also used this palette to create some daily looks with this palette. As you can see by the colors this palette has a lot of warm tones. A lot of different browns, gold but also some pop of color to create different looks, from daytime look to night time look.
The pigmenenation of this palette is great! Absolute one of my favorite palette of all time. I always love to use this palette. I have such a great experience every time I create a new makeup look with this palette. It's to sad that this palette was limited edition and that it only sold in USA but thank god that I have some cousins in USA that could order this to me and then ship it to Sweden.

For daily basics I use the brown colors all the time sometimes when I feel to use some pop of color I use it under my eye or in the inner corner of the eyes. The good thing about this palette is that it has a matte dark black color to create a more intense looks. More makeup looks will come up on the blog.

I recommend you guys to follow me on Instagram: @makeupbyarberesha or in Influenster Arberesha Sabani. I also have Twitter> ArbereshaSabani.

If you have more thoughts on this palette feel free to comment down below and I will answer you as fast as possible.

Velvet Beam Cotton Shade from Make Up Store

Shine like a diamond? Yes, please!

This beautiful limited edition highlighter from Make Up Store is such a wonderful palette. It shines and the packaging is to die for. This highlight in the color Velve Beam Cotton shade is a very glittery highlight. So for you who wants a more natural sheen and glow on your cheeks you should pass on this one. But if you are a makeup addict and a makeup collected this would be such an great highlight to have as an statement on your vanity.
The color of this highlight is a mixture of cool toned highlight with a love of silver, pink, purple glitter on. This blend really beutifully but be sure to use a light hand with the one.

A soft angelic makeup look!

During my vacation in Macedonia this summer I had the chance to do a lot of my friends makeup. One of the looks I did was on this beautiful young woman. She wanted a very soft and angelic makeup look so I created this look for her. I used a lot of brown colors on her and I really highlighted her cheeks.

The products I used on her}

FACE: For priming and hydrating her skin I used the Smashbox Photo Water Spray Primer. After that I let her face cool down and went with the Make Up Forever mattifying step one primer just because I waned her makeup too last all day during the hot weather in Macedonia. After that I color corrected her dark circles using the NYX cosmetics concealer in pink shade. Then I put the Too Faced Born This Way foundation and I used my Real Techniques buffing brush. I wet the brush with the Smashbox water primer. After that I used the Nars concealer and highlighted her face and gave that extra dimension on her face. Before blush I baked her face using the Laura Mercier translucent loose powder. While the face was baking I went to her eyes. After I was done with her eyes I swiped her baking powder off with some of the light powder from the Kat Von D shade and light contour kit. After that I bronzed her face using the Bahamas Mama from The Balm Cosmetics. And then I went with the contour using the Kat Von D shade and light contour palette. After I was done with the contour I highlighted her face using the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit in Sundipped. And for the finish touch on the face I used the Benefit Cosmetics blush in Coralista.

EYES: While the face was baking I was doing her eye makeup look! First of all I primed her eyelids using the MAC Paint Pot in painterly. I asked my client what kind of colors she wanted to have on her eyelids. It is very important for me as a freelancer to ask my clients what kind of colors she wants. So as a good freelance you should work from that. She wanted all soft brown. I used the Kat Von D Eye Contour Palette! For liner I used the NYC Liquid Eyeliner in black. For mascara I used for the bottom lashes the MAC Extended Play Gigablack Lash and for the upper lashes I used the MaxFActor False Lah Effect.

EYEBROWS: I used the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer and MAC Pro Longwear Waterproof Brow Set.

Earings mania!

One of my top favorites jewlery are earings. I think that they are one of the most things for that perfect outfit look!
I am that kind of girl that buys affordable earings because I think they are really nice but also a lot of people can buy them.
For an example I have these earings and most of them are from H&M, GinaTricot nad Glitter. If you live in Scandinavia you will know what kind of stores I mean.

New makeup haul!

So about some days ago I bought some new makeup from differente brands. First of all I got my hands on the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kits in Gleam and That Glow! I also bought the Sleek Makeup highlight palettes which I absolute adore!
I also stopped at the NYX section and bought some products from them. I bought the WonderStick, Highligh and Bronze cream, HD Concealer and a Jumbo Pencil stick in black. The Jumbo Pencil are one of my top favorties eye pencils of all time. They are so creamy and smooth to apply.
I repurchased my true love, Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in the colour Taupe. I also purchased the new brow product from this brand, The Brow Definer.
Last but not least, two eyeshadow palettes from Zoeva Cosmetics. One in Cocoa Blend and one in Taupe. I am so happy that I found this brand in a local store in Helsingborg. They had tons of products from this brand and also different brands. I will deff go back there.

Juno & Co. - Microfiber Velvet Sponge

For about a month ago I bought the Juno & Co. Microfiber velvet sponge. After watching Nikkietutorials (Youtube) review of this sponge I...
