e.l.f. Studio Cosmetics!

Sorry for not being so active now these past weeks but I have a lot of school work to do before my exam in june 5th. I have a lot of different projects going on this summer so I will be posting a lot of different looks on me and some of my clients. I will also post a lot of new makeup that I will be purchasing this summer.

For about two weeks ago I met my friend and she had bought me some e.l.f. Studio cosmetics. She bought me this Beauty Book for smoky eye look, Translucent matifying powder and lip balm.

e.l.f. came up with beauty books for different kind of looks. I did not have the time to buy one of these beauty books but my friend kindly bought me this one. I really love the color of these eyeshadows. The quality are pretty good for being a drug store brand. In the beauty book you will get six different colors, eye primer, makeup eyeshadow sponge and an eyepencil. In the book you will also get smoky look instructions. You will get one look for day time and one look for night time. It is such a smart idea of product. I love how they have put the different aspects in this book. Brilliant!

I also got a Translucent matifying powder. I like this specially now that I am really oily. I am mixing it tho with the Anastasia Beverly Hills Banana powder. I like how this product has a mirror so you can check the oiliness. 

About one year ago I bought this contouring blush & bronzer. It is a good product but I have forgot that I had this product. I will be using it now again. 

Finally I got a lip balm that has SPF 15 sunscreen. I have a tendense that I forget about the sunscreen for my lips so I thought this product was really good and it is so smooth to apply. I also like the color I got. The name of the color I have is Rose.

Oooh my lips are moving!

I am a all lip stick girl! I love lipsticks from matte to sheer! I think that a lipstick is a perfect touch to get that perfect makeup look!
One of my favorites right now are these babies. I bought them all during my vaccation in Texas, USA.

I have colors from nude to mauve to spring pinks.
The Nars lipstick is more a nude color and the name of this color is Raquel. Then I have my two favorite MAC lipsticks. One is more like a muave color and the other one is more like a nude. Both are in a satin finish. The name of the mauve one is Faux and the other one is Myth.
I have also a nude lipstick with a brown undertone from L'oréal Paris in the Exclusive Collection by Eva. Also another more darker color is a lipstick sample from Boxom in the color Dolly.
For more sprink and summer pink I have one lipstick from Lorac Cosmetics in the color Girl Next Door and a Kat Von D Everlasting liquid lipstick in the color Berlin!

Victoria's Secret!

So yesterday I went for some clothing shopping and I must say I am so proud of myself that I did not but makeup this time. It was hard but I could control it.

Anyways I bought these three Eau de Toilette from Victoria's Secret and I just love the smell and how small they are so you can have them in your bags. PERFECT!

I  bought three different smells: Love Spell, Pure Daydream and Secret Charm. 

Love Spell is a cherry blossom and peach smell.  

Pure Daydream is a pearl orchid and pink currant smell.

 Secret Charm is a honeysuckle and jasmine smell.

What's your favorite smell of the Vitcoria's Secret Eau de Toilette, Body lotion etc.?

LUSH!

I am new into these Lush-products but I must  say I love these handmade, vegetarian beauty produts. As a green and envoirment person that I am, I got so inspired when I saw the LUSH-staff making the products infront of you which I absolute adore.

Before I went to the States I was in Stockholm and they have a little LUSH store right in the train station. I bought a lip scrub (Läppskrubb) in the taste Bubblegum. Then in the States I bought a face mask and a lip gloss.

The lip scrub (Läppskrubb) has a taste of bubblegum which is so difficult not to eat it. Everytime I use this to peel of my dead and dry lip skin I want to always eat this. It smells so good and it makes your lips so soft and not dry. I use this everytime I am going to wear bold lips. I do my makeup on the face and eyes and while I am doing that I have this scrub on my lips. While I am done with the makeup I will remove this scrub and but the lip gloss while I am doing my hair. 

I also bought a face mask in Mask of Magnaminty. This product has peppermint, kaolin and scrubby aduki beans for deeply cleansed skin. This mask is prefect for those who have black spots and pores. The other good thing about thi product is that it smells so good and it's also a vegi-product. LOVE IT!

As I wrote before I will use this vegan lip gloss in the taste the Kiss after I have done my lip scrub. When I am done with everything I lin my lips with a lip liner and then a lipstick and you will see the difference how good these products are. They make your lips perfect.

The Lorac Unzipped Cheek Palette and Alter Ego lipstick!

Another thing that I got from my cousin in the States is this beautiful Lorac Unzipped Cheek palette that included a Alter Ego lipstick. When I went to Ulta I saw this babyI grabbed it so fast and I ignored the price of this, which I don't think was that expensive. This product was about 33 dollars include the taxes. For my opinion I think that this is a good price for a good product and brand.

The name of the colors of the blushes are Underrated, Unashamed, Unapologetic and Unimaginable. For the lipstick I got the color Girl Next Door. 

The color of this lipstick is a baby pink color with a peach undertone to it. Perfect for the spring and summer time when you are more tan. I also think that this lipcolor suits all kind of skincolors. 

When it comes to these blushes they are really pigmented and you just need a little bit of it. The more wearable colors on this palette are the colors Underrated, Unapologetic and Unimaginable. The Unapologetic are more like a bronzer. The Underrated and Unimaginable are more wearable colors on this palette and perfect for spring and summer time. When it comes to the color Unashamed I think that this color is really pink for my skintone and to hard color. Maybe it will be different when I am more tan but for now this colors does not work on me.

Too Faced - Semi- Sweet Chocolate Bar palette!

While I was in the States my cousin bought me this beautiful palette! I had no thoughts of buying this palette but I am so grateful that she bought me this.

The Too Faced Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar palette has the same concept as the Chocolate Bar palette. A palette that is formed as a Chocolat Bar and it also smells like chocolate. For a girl that loves chocolate this is a must buy.

I have heard a lot of mixed reviews when it comes to this palette. Some say that this palette is less pigmented then the other one. But I don't think so. I have now both of the palettes and I must say I love them both. I tried this palette just a few days ago and I had no problem to apply the eyeshadows and also had no problem to blend the colors.
One thing that I absolute love about this palette is that the name of the colors are written in the palette which dosen't on the first palette. Too Faced really listend to their fans. LOVE IT!

As the other palette you get eyeshadows such as matte, shimmering and satin. You have tons of different colors to create different looks with it. 

The colors you get are: Licorice, Coconu Créme, Nougat, Truffled, Hot Fudge, Cocoa Chili, Pink Sugar, Puddin', Blueberry Swirl, Peanut Butter, Frosting, Rum Raisin, Mousse, Caramel, Bon Bon and Butter Pecan. 

If you want to compare the palettes you can see that the Semi-Sweet has more warm toned colors then the Chocolate Bar. But I think that you can create so many looks for every eye color with these palettes and plus they smell so good. I think this is a must buy! You won't get disapointed.

Highlighters!

Lately I have been really into getting that perfect finishing touch on my makeup for the face. I am always first in line to try different foundations, contour palettes, blushes, highlighters etc. You can also se that a lot of makeup brands and stores are focusing on the face. Sephora in USA had even a special posters of contouring your face like a pro.

While I was in USA I bought some new highlighters. One from Becca Cosmetics the Shimmering Skin Perfector in the color Opal. I just love this highlighter. I know that Becca is a little bit expensive but I must admit it is worth it. I just love how pigmented this product is. I am just so angry that I did not buy more colors of it. I guess I have to travel to Amerika again.

Then I bought some MAC highlighters. One is the Mineralize Skinfinish in the color Soft and Gentle. I love the color of it and I will also think this will be perfect during summer time when your are a little bit more tan. The only negative I can say about this one is that the pagaging is bad. It is so hard to open it and everytime I want to use it I get so frustraded when I want to open it. I don't know maybe it is just me but I hate that. BUT LOVE THE PRODUCT IT SELF. Then I bought a Loose Pigment Color Powder in the color Vanilla. You can use it as a highlighter for your eyes, as an eyeshadow, as a highlighter for your cheeks and plenty more. Love this. And it is not hard to open it, which I love ;).
