Put a lipstick on it! - Make Up Store

I am a sucker when it comes to lipsticks! I just want to collect them all. My passion for lipsticks came about two years ago. I started very carefully with a nude a color and now as time passed by I have been buying bolder colors. As I said before I want to collect a lot of lipsticks specially the once from MAC, YSL, Limecrime, Make Up Store and so much more. I have ordered two liptsicks stand that I am currently waiting for so I can place my lipsticks by brands.
One of my favorite makeup brand is the Swedish brand, Make Up Store. Their lipsticks are to die for. They have from matte, to satin to sheer lipsticks. You can also combine their lipsticks with their beautiful lip pencils and lipglosses.

The colors I have are (begining with left top): 

Magic Metallic (its a metallic dark lilac color)

Violet (its a violet glossy color)

Burgundy (its a dark burgundy creme color and it is also my favorite autumn lipstick)

Devil (its a red classic matte color)

Loft (its a nude sparkling color)

Poppy (its a perfect nude with a brown under ton creme color, also my favorite of all time lipstick)

Wobble (its a nude/peach sheer color)

Oh la la (its a perfect summer pink sparkling color)

If you have passed this store so many times and haven't taken the time to go in and buy their products I really do recommend you do that. You will not be disapointed. Their products are really good, like it is no joke!

The Balm - Nude' tude palette!

The Balm Nude'tude palette! A palette that has 12 different shadows, matte and shimmery colors. This palette suits every eye color because of the different shadows the palette gives you. A cute thing about this palette is the names of the shadows which I think is a good way to win buyers. My honest opinion of this palette is that you can deffinitly live without this. Don't get me wrong I like this palette but you can purchase a better palette when it comes to colors like these. For an example you can buy the Lorac Pro palette and get better shadows. But that is just my opinion of this one. I might give it away to my sister. But The Balm has a lot of different good products specially their blushes!

IsaDora Eyeshadow Palette!

I am a palette and lipstick kind of girl and I do purchase a lot of palettes because they are so good and instead of caring a lot of single eyeshadows you have them all collected in one palette. Chic, smooth and simple. When it comes to makeup I really do love to buy drugstore brands but also higher end brands. As for an example I adore these eyeshadow palettes IsaDora has. I just love their small and sleek palettes with a little bit of a see-through to what kind of colors the palette gives you. I love the idea IsaDora has built these palettes after colors and after how suitable they are against eachother. I am planing to buy all of these palette just because the pigmentation of these palettes are really good for being a drugstore brand. It is also a good palette for beginners to play with colors and to practise the technique of blending and matching colors.
The palettes I have hereare called 50 Matte Chocolates and 60 Crystal Glitz.

In the palette 50 Matte Chocolates you can get five brown shaded matte colors. I just love this palette. Absolutly one of my favorites of all time. This kind of palette is good for a natural look but also good shades to blend out some colors. The texture of these shadows are really soft and the pigmentation is good. Specially the darker colors. If you are a beginner or want to have a dupe or Bobbi Browns Rich Chocolate palette this one is good to go. 

Then I have the 60 Crystal Glitz palette. It is a lot differente comparing to the 50 Matte Chocolates palette. This palette gives you five shimmery white, rose and lilac colors. The texture of these shadows are a little bit differente when it comes to the other palette. These are more powdery but the pigmentation is really good. As I said before I am gonna purchase all of these palettes because I love the shadows and the sleek palette.

I really do recommend these palettes for you as a beginner because one, it is cheap and afordable and two it is a good product.

White and gold!

What better way to light up a cold and dark Sunday by bloging about makeup, beauty, fashion etc. I have a lot of different posts coming soon about palettes I have, what I want to purchase and what I have ordered. On monday I will get my payment and I will go loco on buying new makeup, shoes and shirts. Just face it, it dosent get any warmer. I always buy new shoes, shirts and makeup when it comes to a new season. Now I am all into lipsticks. Dark and bold lips are my favorite when it comes to autumn. But I also buy new perfumes and accesories. For an example I got these two babies right here from my cousins. One bought the Diot J'adore Déodorant Parfumé which I absolutly love! I use it all the time when I go out for dinner with friends or for shopping. It gve you that luxurious feeling of it. Then I have my Micheal Kors watch which I got from my cousin in the States for my birthday. I really am blessed and I really feel loved when I get these kind of presents. Just love them!

Let's talk about eyeshadow primers!

A lot of girls that are beginners when it comes using makeup forget to apply primer before applying the eyeshadow. The effect the primers gives you is that it prevents the eyeshadow from creasing. The primers helps your makeup stay all day/night long and it even helps the eyeshadow colors to pop a little bit more depends what kind of primer you use. For an example if you are using like warm or calm colors such as gold, brown, red, orange, soft pink etc. it is good to use a flesh toned primer like the MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in the color Painterly. This primer is deffintly my absolute favorite primer of all time. This sucker help my eyeshadow pop and stay againt the mediterian weather during the hot summer time. I also like the drugstore version of it and it is from Essence and Lorac Behind the scenes eye primer. If you only want to use a primer with a little bit of sparkle then you can use the CK (Calvin Klein) sheer créme eyeshadow in the color snakeskin silver. This is a great product to use to get that natural but yet a little glow on your lids. Works perfectly now during the autumn when you apply soft eyes and a dark bold lips. The best combo ever.
But what do  you do if you want to play with darker and bolder colors? Well you can still use the MAC Paint Pot but when you work with harder and bolder colors it is good to use primers in that color you want to apply as a eyeshadow. For an example you want to rock that black eyeshadow for a party. For a base you can use the Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner in the color Black Ink. It is such a great primer for that black eyeshadow you want to use BUT HEADS UP you really have to blend that primer fast because this primer is no joke. It stays there like a rock. And another tip is that if you want to do a black eyeshadow do not forget to blend it well and use a transition color above to give that smokey eye affect. Same thing is for using darker colors like pruple, green etc. You can use eye pencils like primers and I really do recommend the Make Up Store eye pencils. They are soft, good products and they are affordable. A dupe for this is the NYX Jumbo pencils.

How to get the perfect flawless face!

I am that kind of woman that I really can not have just one foundations. I really love to try both drugstore and higher brands when it comes to foundations. For now I really do like the MAC Studio Fix Fluid in color NW15. I love the cover of it and I love the packaging of this product. It so chic and luxurious. But I really do recommend this to you all just because this give the perfect coverage. Before I apply my foundation I also use my face primers. Sometimes I use the Baby Skin from Maybelline. This provides your porse to poke out from the foundation. But if you want to have a more silky touch to it you can use the L'oréal Paris Lumi Magique primer. I love the finish touch to it. It gives that inne glow to the skin and it matches so good with the foundation. When applying the foundation I have to apply concelear, for that I use the MAC Pro Longwear Concelear in color NW15, under the eyes and then whats left over on the brush i apply it under my nose, on the chin and a little bit on the top of my nose bridge and then I apply my highlighter, MAC Prep+Prime in color Rose, on top of my nose bridge, my forehead and then sides of my cheeks. When I am done with the liquid products I put then my contouring. To contour your face you can use liquid products like a foundation that is three shades darker then your color, use foundation sticks or as I do, the powders. For contouring I use my sweet sweet baby and that is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit. For that I use the lightest brown colors in the kit. After that I want to bronze up my face with the favorite Benefit Cosmetics Hoola bronzer. I learned this technique from the lovley Nikkietutorials. She bronzed up her flawless face with this product and it turned absolutly amazing. After that I always put some touch of color on face and that is blushes. It depends what kind blush I'll be using but my absoutly favorite is this one from Make Up Store in color Blush Peach. For the finishing touch I will be using the banana powder from the Contour kit where I put my concelear on and for that extra healthy glow I am using the highlighter from the Contour Kit.

How to get the perfekt eyeliner!

When I first did my eyeliner I made so many mistakes and I cursed at 10 differente language. But as every MUA and Makeup lover says; PRACTISE AND YOU'LL GET THE PERFEKT EYELINER! There are a lot of different ways to put an eyeliner. You can use dark eyeshadows. I prefer black or really dark brown to get the extra autumn touch to it. You also have gel eyeliners which for me is the hardest of them all. You really have to be patient when you apply gel eyeliners because it can get really messy and girls, you do not want to look like a racoon. Then you have eye pencils which can be easy it all depends what kind of eye pencil you have. If you have a really dry pencil it can be as hard as the gel product to make your perfekt eyeliner. So pick a really good and creamy one. And then last but not least you have the liquid one which I personal think it's the easiest of them all because of the pointy tip they have. Product I recomend for you guys when it comes to eyeshadow, you can pick what ever color you want to but do not forget the winged brush. It makes it easier for you to make that perfekt winged eyeliner and same thing is for the gel eyeliner. My favorite gel eyeliner is from Bobbi Brown in color Black Ink. This is one of the darkest liner ever, LIKE NO JOKE! I really like how longwearing this is. Same thing is for the They're Real push-up liner from Benefit Cosmetics. It is as unique and it is longwearing to. But I have to be honest. This product is really hard to use. I have not found the technique yet to use it but I am trying every day. I am not giving up. As I told you before when it comes to eyepencils you really have to find the perfect creamy one. I have found mine and it is from Make Up Store in the color Darkest Shadow. This is HANDS UP my favorite eye pencil every. I re-purchase this all the time! Then we have the liquid product. For me personal I like this technique the best because it easier to apply specially if you have that really small pointy tip on the brush. I have a lot of liquid eye liners that I re-purchase all the time one of them is the Sephora Classic Line Eyeliner feutre 24HR Felt liner and the L'oréal Paris Super Liner Perfect Slim in color Intense Black.

My every night beauty routine!

In my earlier days I was really bad of taking care of my skin. I was lazy and not so into makeup but that has changed. Every night before I go to bed I clean my face with hot water so the pores will open and breathe fresh air after a long day of foundation on. I use night cream products from Make Up Store and Mary Kate.
First of all I would put my extra emollient night cream from Mary Kate under my eyes to avoid the under eye bags I get in the morning. After that I would but the Make Up Store Hydranight cream all over my face to get the extra hydred and soft skin the day after and last but not least I also want my lips to be hydred and soft so I put my Mary Kate timewise age-fightning lip primer go get the extra soft lips for the day after. So when I put my foundation, lipstick and powder on my face will be already cleaned and ready for a harsh day of makeup.

Lorac Mega PRO Palette and Royal limited edition

Of course and always late on ordering limited edition makeup palettes and makeup products. I just loooooove Loracs new Mega Pro Palette and their limited edition Royal makeup products. We have a web site here in Sweden called CrayCray and the staff orders tons of makeup from USA. Of course the prices are much higher but they have to win some money too. Thats how economy works. Anyways the new palette, Mega Pro, is a limited edition palette so you had to order it as fast as possible. The palette got sold out just for a day and I can say that I am so jealous. Anwyas when it comes to the Royal limited edition they can offer you lipglosses, mascaras, eyeliner, small makeup palettes etc. I love the idea though but for me personaly I would not order the things just because you can buy so much more for the price you give. But I would purchase the lipglosses because just by looking at them they look so pigmented and sticky. And when the lipglosses are sticky it means that they would stay on your lips for a long time.
So now I am just waiting here till CrayCray have the Mega Pro palette!

Fashion books!

Now and then I am reading my fashion books to get inspired and to entertain myself. I love these kind of books because as you can see the fashion industry gets inspired by the past. My goal is to achieve that fashoon book-shell at my plase. I have a lot of books coming to my place right now and I love it.
It's finally friday and I just want to rest. I had a very stressful week but you have to face the tiger and keep on going.
